During the initial call, we will take down some vital information and will let you know how we can help and what you can expect from our service. We will advise estimated time of arrival.

Cost:

Our initial call-out fee is $250.00 – which includes the first 15 minutes. Thereafter each hour will be calculated on the complexity of the situation and the manpower required. Build 24-7 will do our utmost to identify and fix your problem quickly. If we are unable to fix it straight away, we will make it safe. If further work is required to rectify your problem, we will give you an estimated cost of the works as well as the time frame required.
